JOB DESCRIPTION
MUST HAVE FEDERAL WORK STUDY FUNDING TO APPLY
PURPOSE:

   -  Assist with the Oneida County (Utica's) Black Archive project to be
   developed, held and cataloged at the office of For the Good, Inc.
   -  Project is under the direction of Cassandra Harris-Lockwood, Pres.
   & CEO of For the Good.

QUALIFICATIONS:

   -  Good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
   -  Experience cataloging historical material
   -  Computer skills
   -  Responsible
   -  Reliable
   - Transportation to off campus locations

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

   -  Learn methods for preserving historical material
   - Search major scholarly databases when necessary
   - Check facts
   - Make trips to local libraries and museums
   - Transcribing, typing, and other duties as assigned
