[UCLUG] Hello UCLUG

Hello, and welcome to the list!

Jeremy is right; this list has been dormant for a long time, but that's
because most of the members work at UC.  I created this list when there was
a small student LUG on campus, but sadly that dissolved when most of its
members graduated.

We certainly welcome any new input and discussion, though!
